Sublimation is a permanent design method. When heated at high temperatures, the ink turns into gas form and creates a bond with polyester fabrics.
To use: select a white or very light high count polyester garment (at least 65%... the higher the better)
Use heat tape to secure print onto garment
heat press to 380 F
Place shirt on towel or press pad. Press garment for 10 secs to remove moisture.
Place transfer on garment, tape in place.
Then parchment or protective sheet of paper on transfer.
Using steady constant pressure (don’t move it), press transfer at 380 for 60 secs.
after pressing, remove transfer quickly.
